Since 1991 I have acted, and since 2000 Raymond Simpson and I (Reeder & Simpson PC), have acted as special Marshall Islands counsel for numerous non-resident RMI corporations in conjunction with The Marshall Islands Maritime and Corporate Administrators, Inc., and The Trust Company of the Marshall Islands rendering opinion letters for transactions on preferred ship mortgages, vessel registrations, nonresident corporations, and non-resident secured transactions. In addition Reeder & Simpson PC has provided corporate nominee and shareholder trust services on behalf of clients of the Trust Company of the Marshall Islands. We also provide litigation services in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
Raymond E. Simpson
